A short test with oscillographic patterns on a brand new Dumont 5AQP7 radar display tube from 1964. This tube has P7 phosphor, which is a two stage phosphor: the blue phosphor is fast (milliseconds) and triggers the yellow phosphor which is very slow (seconds). Part of preparations for an installation called #71 in which this type of radar tube is used, figuring out how to drive and modulate it.
